A Wonderful Evening of Soup, Community and Supporting Hunger Relief in our Community!

Empty Bowls is back for another an impactful evening with delicious soups made by local chefs Scott Yorkey and Michael Bowen. We sold out last year, so get your tickets soon!

Over the past year, Sierra Community House has provided more than 380,000 meals to our North Tahoe/Truckee neighbors, but the need continues to grow. 100% of proceeds from the evening benefit Sierra Community House's Hunger Relief Program.

❓ Are kids allowed?
✅ Yes! This is a kid-friendly event. We’d love to see the whole family there!

❓ Will there be vegetarian and vegan options?
✅ Yes! We have GF, vegan, and vegetarian options available. Please note that the soups are not prepared in a nut-free kitchen.

❓ Will I get a handcrafted ceramic bowl?
✅ Unfortunately, not this year. We are hoping to have some available for raffle or purchase at the event - please stay tuned!

❓ Can I get seconds?
✅ Yes! This year we are offering extra soup tickets for $5 for our hungry guests. Each ticket includes one bowl of soup, and you’ll be able to sample the soups before making your selection!
